This policy explains, in general terms, how Zonuni may handle information when you use its website, app, account, chat, voice, file, and related features.
1. Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, you may provide account details from Google sign-in, prompts and chat messages, uploaded files or images, voice input, preferences, and messages sent to support. Do not submit information that you do not want processed by the service.
2. Information collected automatically
The app and hosting services may process technical information such as device or browser details, diagnostic information, approximate usage activity, and security logs. The exact information depends on the platform and feature used.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to provide and protect Zonuni features, authenticate accounts, respond to requests, save or retrieve chats when enabled, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and respond to support requests.
4. Service providers
Zonuni may rely on service providers such as Google, Firebase, hosting providers, authentication services, analytics or diagnostic tools, and AI processing services. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply. The service configuration may change as Zonuni develops.
5. Storage, retention, and deletion
Some information may be stored locally on your device and some may be stored in cloud services when a feature requires it. Retention depends on the feature, security needs, legal obligations, and your account actions. You may request help with account or data questions at zonuniaisupport@gmail.com.
6. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used where available, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private and report suspected misuse promptly.
7. Children and supervision
Zonuni follows applicable age requirements. Where a parent or guardian is required, use should take place with the required supervision. The service is not intended to bypass age or family-safety controls.
8. AI services and Google Gemini
Zonuni currently uses Google's Gemini API as part of its server-side AI processing for configured features. The exact model, configuration, and supporting services may change as Zonuni develops. AI processing can involve the information needed to answer a request. For questions about current events, the server may use Google Search grounding, which sends the search-related part of your request to Google to find up-to-date information. Google and other service providers may have their own terms and privacy information.
To enforce daily plan limits fairly, Zonuni's servers store a small daily usage counter for your account (for example, how many messages or images you used today). This counter is linked to your account, cannot be edited by the app, and is overwritten each day.
